At Journeytimetaste, every product is made just for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create high-quality, custom items — which means your order is made after you purchase it.

Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made-to-order.
  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), production times may be slightly longer.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Times

  • USA: 3–7 business days after production
  • International: 7–21 business days after production (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Note: These are estimated times and can be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or global shipping disruptions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) ordered.
  • We sometimes offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple print facilities, your items may arrive in separate packages — even if ordered together. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Journeytimetaste is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email charlesaguoru@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our print partner to resolve it.
